A high profile joint venture of internationally recognised main contractors are searching for a Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a busy project in the West Midlands area which will be overseeing the Piling and Geotechnical package for a large infrastructure scheme.
This project has several years' to completion and would be an ideal role for somebody that wants stability on a heavy civil engineering project.
Some more of your duties:
- Liaise with labour co-ordinator to ensure there is sufficient labour to carry out the tasks
- Provide on-site management on technical and commercial queries
- Ensure detailed site records are maintained
- Regularly meeting with clients to keep them up to date with works and notify of any changes in costs / time exensions
- Ensure work is carried out to high health and safety standards
About you:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Good understanding of CFA and other piling techniques
- Strong communication skills
