Carmichael are recruiting for a Site Engineer with strong setting out capabilities on an exciting project Kent on a contract basis.
The succesful Site Engineer will be setting out, using total stations and reading drawings. The Site Engineer will be self motivated with good initiative on the Project.
Slipform experience would be ideal.
Location: Medway Kent
Contract: Start w/c 27th June. Finish 22nd July
Night shift either 6p/m – 6a.m or 7p/m – 7a.m
Competitive Day rate - negotiable
PAYE OR UMBRELLA PAYMENT
Duties:

Ensure all setting out is present and correct before work starts

Ensure all RAMS are in place and suitable prior to works commencing and being followed as works are undertaken

In conjunction with the discipline Supervisor, ensure that plant, labour and materials for each item of work are identified and available in good time

Review the drawings and specification to identify errors and omissions and bring these to the attention of the project team via TQ’s

Be fully conversant with supply chain contract conditions

Maintain program and identify opportunities. Record resources and monitor outputs against program
