An inside IR35 opportunity exists for a Site Engineer proficient in the delivery of inner-city land regeneration projects. Your experience in bulk earthworks, relocation of utilities and drainage on public realm projects is sought after.
This project is due to start in September
Reporting to the Section Engineer, your duties will include –
- Setting out of roads, kerbs, drainage, utilities etc. within the city centre
- Setting out of footpaths, light poles, signs etc.
- Compiling asbuilts
- Interpreting the drawings and highlighting any issues
- RAMS, ITPs, site diary and QA documentation
- Ensuring H&S is implemented
- Completing progress reports
Requirements for this post include-
- Previous experience completing similar projects for a tier one principal Contractor is preferred
- Degree/Diploma in Civils Engineering would be beneficial
- Proven recent delivery experience
- Experience in delivering city regeneration projects is sought after
- Commercially aware, knowledgeable on regulations
- Additional certification advantageous like TWC, AP
- CSCS, SMSTS and first Aid
