Here exists an immediate start, 3-month opportunity for Site Engineers with strong concrete/precast experience, based in the centre of Manchester
Duties include –
- Setting out
- Overseeing the construction process
- Signing off of the steel fixing as per bending schedules
- Authorising pre-pour sheets
- Enforcing quality checks and procedures
- Create and enforce Method Statements and Risk Analysis
- Enforce Health and Safety standards
- Complete as builts
The requirements for this post include
- An appropriate Building/Civils qualification
- Solid building construction experience on high rise projects
- Proficient at setting out
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
