Carmichael UK are looking for an experienced Site Engineer local to Suffolk for a major nuclear power project.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Subcontractor management

Carrying out radio detection surveys and issuing permits to break ground

Setting out for line and level of haul road
-
Utility Surveying & GPS
-
Liaising with the earthwork’s contractor engineer regarding the machine control
-
Carrying out daily earthworks measures and feeding back to site management
-
Carrying out daily as built surveys
-
Quality Control – completing work inspection sheets in line with the Inspection and Test Plan

Completing Daily Diaries
-
Quality assurance & management
-
Risk Assesments, WIP's & ITP's
-
Carrying out reconciliations of materials
