Contract Site Engineer, HS2
Carmichael UK are looking for an experienced Contract Site Engineer to join our client on the HS2 project for a duration of 3 months with the opportunity for extension. The successful candidate will have proven site engineering experience with particular experience in bulk earthworks and surveying/setting out works.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical construction advice to materials and engineering activities.
- Responsible for site surveying & setting out foundational requirements.
- Setting out of civil engineering works.
- Interpretation of engineering drawings.
- Carrying out level checks.
- Quality Checks on all works
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Site Engineering, with particular experience in earthworks and survey/set out works.
- Experience working both independently and in a team environment
- Good working knowledge of Cad/AutoCAD.
- Relevant Professional Qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
