We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a rail project. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong setting out experience and a background working on rail civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities

Setting out and surveying works using Leica GPS/GNSS equipment

Establishing and maintaining site control

Producing and checking setting out data

Managing as-built surveys and records
-
Completing QA documentation and ITPs
-
Maintaining site diaries, check sheets and engineering records
-
Supporting subcontractors and site supervision teams
-
Ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with specifications

Assisting with temporary works, permits and work package planning where required
Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Engineer, Setting Out Engineer or Senior Engineer

Strong knowledge of Leica GPS/GNSS surveying equipment

Experience on rail, rail civils or rail infrastructure projects

Ability to produce accurate engineering records and site documentation

Competent with QA processes, ITPs and as-built information

CSCS card essential
-
PTS preferred (or ability to obtain)
