I am looking for a Site Engineer with highways/earthworks experience to join a tier 1 contractor in Surrey. Reporting to the Agent you will be working in a team a team of Engineers helping manage subcontractors constructing and maintaining silts ponds, headwalls and filter drainage etc. The day to day role will include but is not limited to setting out using Leica total station, writing and amending RAMs, ordering materials and managing QA and H&S on site.
This is an immediate requirement an will be a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Main contractor highways/drainage experience
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Valid CSCS
- HNC or higher in an engineering related field
- Clean UK drivers licence
Due to the location of the highways work you will need your own transport to and from the site and the depot (no access by public transport)
