A large main contractor requires an experienced Site Engineer for their Highways project in the Greater Manchester Area. The project itself includes the construction of complicated road project, and associated services involving pits and ducting, traffic management, road crossings, and a range of Civils and infrastructure works combining earthworks, structures, street furniture and lighting. .
We require a competent Roads Engineer, who has been involved in civils works– including road construction, traffic management and earthworks. We are looking for an engineer who is very strong with Setting out, and can manage the works on site.
Successful candidates will:

Have a Civil Engineering degree or appropriate diploma
-
Have a proven background in heavy civils – roads and earthworks
-
Have experience in highways and live traffic
-
Have previously works as a Surveyor, Setting out engineer, Site Engineer
-
Have valid CSCS
-
Be able to work nights and weekends.
