CarmichaelUK are recruiting for Site Engineers on HS2 based out of Ruislip.
The role will require previous experience in setting out on civils works packages.
Some of your duties will include:
- setting out and overseeing junior engineers.
- Prepare written risk and method statements
- Site based QA / Inspections
- Ensuring your section meets company quality and health & safety standards
- Maintaining a site diary
- Advising site engineers on setting out methods and techniques
- Maintaining strong client liaison and with third party colleagues
- Liaise closely with greater site team to ensure deadlines are met on time
- Liaise with external contractors when necessary
About you:
- HNC/D or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Engineer
- Sound knowledge of Heavy Civils / Earthworks projects
