My client is looking for a Site Engineer to start immediately with an established civil Tier 1 contractor in Central London on a Crossrail Station project.
The scope of works include pre-cast works, fit out, fire stopping and other packages.
The project is entering it’s latter stages and requires a pro-active personality to come in and help drive the project forward.
Approx duration of works is 7 months - Immediate Start
You will be responsible for:
-Amending and writing method statements and risk assessments
-Help managing the sub contractors
-Material Specifications
-Carrying out quality inspections
-Produce RFI's
-Produce ITPs and as-builts
-Planning weekly and monthly programmes
Skills Required:
-Experience on Rail / Build projects
-Completed construction related Degree, HNC or similar
-Valid CSCS card
-Previously worked as a Site Engineer
-To have a sound knowledge of quality assurance and writing method statements and risk assessments
