CarmichaelUK has a great opportunity for a Site Engineer to work on a Major Highways Project in Reading.
The ideal candidate will have experience will have experience in Setting Out major roads, drainage and earthworks. You will also need experience in:
- ensuring quality control requirements are adhered to.
- managing labour on site
- dealing with paperwork (QA records, permits and site diaries.
The project is in the early stages and the client is currently undertaking the mobilisation for the main construction phase as well as the advanced surveys for statutory undertakers asset diversions. Once this is completed the role will then leade into the construction phase which will involve earthworks, drainage, structures and roadworks.
Tthe role will be based out of the clients compound in Reading
The client is made up of two Tier 1 contractors who both have a great deal of experience in delivering major projects.
