A freelance opportunity exists for an experienced piling Project Engineer in the North West.
Experience in CFA/SFA Piles essential
Duties will include –
- Managing and tasking the work force
- Producing and enforcing method statements and risk analysis
- Continuous liaison with the principal contractor
- Monitoring the budget and costs
- Implementing Health and Safety and Quality Control
- Identifying, resolving or flagging stumbling blocks
The requirements for this post include –
- A Civil Engineering/Geotechnical qualification or similar
- Sound piling experience as gained working for a piling contractor
- Temporary works and heavy lifting accreditation
- Exposure to piling design
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
