Site Engineer PTS
A long-term opportunity exists for a hands-on Site Engineer with SI/GI experience and capable of constantly staying ahead of the piling team. Your ability to set out quickly and effectively is sought after.
This post falls inside IR35. Rates advertised are negotiable and will be based on experience.
Your duties will include -
- Daily planning of the works
- Accurate setting out of the works under high pressure situations
- Produce records, asbuilts and maintain a daily dairy.
- Complete quality checks and ITPs, TBs and WPP
- Health and Safety compliance
The requirements for this post include -
- A valid PTS with extensive setting out experience and know how within the rail sector.
- Previous experience on major projects for a tier one PC
- Preferably a civil engineering qualification
- Planning capability
- A valid driving licence
- CSCS and First Aid
- SMSTS advantageous
