A Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete contractor who have been operating for over 20 years are searching to add a number of engineers to their team on a long-term basis.
Due to an increased workload, they require Site Engineers with varying levels of experience to join their team as soon as possible.
They are a £130m turnover business who specialise solely in Groundworks and RC Frame projects within the residential and commercial sectors on schemes up to 40 storeys working on behalf of very well-known developers.
Two large schemes have started this month with 2 more starting shortly, so they certainly have a strong pipeline of work and can offer long-term employment for the right individuals.
They have a very good reputation in the market for retaining and training their team members and it is not uncommon to see many of the engineers progressing through the ranks to more senior roles.
Requirements:
- Degree educated within Civil Engineering
- Setting out experience
- Must have clear stability shown on CV (1 year minimum at each company/project)
- Must have experience within a similar Groundworks / RC Frame subcontractor
