Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is interested in setting out and site based work. 

Responsibilities:
•    Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, collaborating closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
•    Conduct site surveys, assessments, and investigations to gather relevant data and ensure project feasibility.
•    Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements and regulatory standards.
•    Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, including monitoring progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
•    Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources as per project requirements.
•    Perform regular inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship, adherence to specifications, and compliance with project timelines.
•    Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
•    Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and as-built drawings.

Requirements:
•    Ideally a degree. 
•    Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
•    Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
•    Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
•    Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision.
•    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•    Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
