Our client a tier one principal contractor is improving the M4 between Junctions 3 (Hayes) and 12 (Theale) by upgrading it to a smart motorway.
The scheme will provide greater traffic capacity, and more reliable journey times by improving the flow of traffic, for this section of the M4.
This is a Joint Venture scheme, starting this summer.
They require a Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Within this role you would be responsible for, but not limited to, any of the following;
General setting out on site
Writing ITPs and RAMS
Carrying out of quality control
Meeting deadlines
Providing a detailed technical input
Ensuring a safe working practice
Skills:
* Previously worked as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer
* Experience working on a highways project.
* Hold a valid CSCS card.
* BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent.
