An exciting opportunity has come up for a Site Engineer to work on an Airport job in Bristol. The role is with a well known main contractor and will carry on until at least the end of March 2019.
It will be desirable if you have a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. You will have strong interpersonal skills as a key objective will be mentoring junior graduate and engineers in this role. You will have a proven track record on large projects.
Duties will include:
*Ensuring the works are constructed according to the design and specifications
*Ability to set out to high degree using GPS and Total Station
*Ensure Health and Safety compliance
*Monitoring and management of the nominated subcontractors
*Quality control in accordance to the specifications
*Compiling of Method Statements
*Produce accurate daily diaries
*Permit clearances, daily records
Requirements;
*Full Drivers Licence
*CSCS card.
