Tier one principal contractor seeks to employ a Site Engineer to be involved in the setting out and management of a large warehousing project. Previous experience for a tier one principal contractor on a similar project is sought after.
Site engineering duties will include –
- Setting out of the works and compiling the as-builts
- Interpreting the drawings and implementing the design
- Management of in house personnel and subcontractors
- Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Quality Control
- Health and Safety
Requirements for this post include –
- A civil engineering qualification
- Proven setting out skills
- Sound site management skills
- Previous experience on a similar project
- CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid
