Site Engineer Construction
An excellent freelance opportunity exists for an experience Site Engineer with principle main contractor specialising in the construction of buildings including hotels, office blocks, student accommodation, shopping centres etc.
Site Engineer duties will include:
- Setting out of foundations, walls, floors, slabs, staircases etc as found on a high rise RC frame building
- Interpreting the construction drawings
- Ensuring the works are constructed according to the design and specifications
- Managing subcontractors
- Enforcing quality
- Interacting with the site management team
- Enforce company Health and Safety standards
Requirements for a Site Engineer:
- HND/HNC/BSc in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Competent in setting out of RC Frames on high rise projects
- Responsible, reliable, competent and conscientious
- CSCS, First Aid
