A long term, inside IR35, opportunity exists for an experienced Engineering Surveyor, Site Engineer on a large rail project. Your previous experience conducting high profile surveys for design purposes is sought after.
Duties will, amongst others, include the following
- Setting out of the works and checking Site Engineer’s work
- Installation of survey stations
- Conducting topo surveys and as builts
- Method statements and permits
- Planning of the works
- Adhering to safety and QA requirements
Requirements for this role including
- Extensive engineering survey experience
- Solid Site Inspection and ground investigations exp
- Previous recent rail experience in a similar post
- Proficient in the use of survey software
- PTS, SMST, OLEC, CAT & Genny, First Aid and AUTOCAD
