Carmichael’s are partnering with a specialist contractor to source a Finishing Foreman to add to their team based in Dublin, Ireland.
The company has worked throughout many industries such as Commercial, Healthcare, Civil's and Residential.
Your role as Site Finishing Foreman
- Report directly to the project manager
- Ensuring Health and safety is a priority at all times.
- Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification and programme.
- Attending weekly management meetings with the construction team.
- Ability to manage numerous subcontractors at one time.
- Overseeing all internal and external finishes
- Ensuring timely procurement & Delivery of materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Have a carpentry or joinery background
- Proven track record of high spec finishes
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and quality policies.
- All relevant H&S training and tickets
- Excellent organisation and time management skills - Essential
