An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager for an established client of ours based in East London.
The client are a Main Contractor that operate across the UK and are established within a variety of disciplines including Residential and Large Commercial Builds/Refurbishments.
Temp - Perm option available!
Initial Project: A New Build residential project consisting of 120+ apartments.
You, the Site Manager will:
- Health & Safety checks
- Inspection of work on site
- Ensure that the work is within allocated time frame.
- Manage the Subcontractors
- Adhock Tasks
Experience required from you, the Site Manager.
- New Build experience within residential (essential)
- Managed subcontractors and Labour on site.
- Provide reports.
- Overseen projects from inception through to completion.
