Site Manager

An established Main Contractor who operate internationally are looking to add experienced Site Managers to their UK based team on a permanent basis.

With an annual turnover of £350m, they have a very strong reputation for delivering some of the most complex mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality and leisure projects within London.

They require Site Managers with previous main contracting experience who have a demonstrable work history of taking projects through from conception to completion within a range of sectors.

Some of your duties:

  • Liaising regularly with Project Manager to ensure project specifications and programmes are met
  • Manage all site-based operatives
  • Conduct toolbox talks
  • Maintaining stringent company H&S policy
  • Reviewing performance against targets and regularly monitoring and identifying potential risks and opportunities
  • Managing project handover

Education / Experience:

  • Stable career history
  • A degree or HND in a construction related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid tickets
  • Strong time management
