CarmichaelUK are looking for a Site Manager with heavy civils experience to work with one of our clients on structural upgrades at the Port of Dover. Our client is a structures specialist main contractor who have extensive experience managing works at the Port of Dover, you will be working with a successful team of people who are familiar with the processes and expectations of work such as this. We are looking for someone to start ASAP with work running up to Christmas.
You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day management of health & safety on site
- Ensuring safe systems of work are in place
- Providing key information for lookaheads
- Progress reports
- Management of engineers and workers on site
We are looking for someone who has:
- Black CSCS card
- SMSTS
- Main contractor experience
- Heavy civils experience
