Carmichael are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on a car park upgrade in Holyhead.
Accommodation can be provided if needed.
Duties include -
- Managing labour, plant and resources
- Site inductions
- Toolbox talks and inspections
- Daily and weekly planning
- Managing of in-house teams and subcontractors
- Producing RAMS
- Site administration including site diary, timesheets, and plant returns etc.
- Managing and promoting H&S
Requirements for this position -
- Prior experience as Site Manager on construction projects
- Proven ability to oversee and manage subcontractors
- Black CSCS card
- SMSTS
- First aid
