Site Manager (Utilities and Power) - Brighton, East Sussex
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Brighton, East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in the utilities and major power sectors as the project includes laying electrical cables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams of supervisors, agents, and gangs.
- Monitor project data and set performance targets.
- Ensure high standards of quality and set Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project planning and delivery.
- SHEA Power qualification or a valid CSCS Card to undertake SHEA qualification.
- A strong leadership capability.
