A freelance, immediate start, opportunity exists for a Construction Site Manager on a 4 storey accommodation project. Experience on low rise modular buildings is initially sought after followed by exceptional finishing skills.
Reporting to the Project Manager your duties will include –
- Daily site management of numerous subcontractor
- Interpretation and implementation of the drawings
- Toolbox talks and subcontractor inductions
- Daily and weekly planning
- Ordering of materials
- Daily diary
- Attending and contributing to Client and Architect meetings
- Managing Health and Safety and completing the required documentation
The requirements for this post include –
- Previous low-rise modular building experience with a principal contractor
- Extensive experience managing and tasking subcontractors
- Proven ability to work unsupervised.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Scaffolding Inspection certification advantageous
