A permanent opportunity exists for a Construction Site Manager to join a Tier one principal contractor based in Manchester.
Reporting to the Project Manager, your duties will include:

Manage junior staff and the supply chain to deliver parts of the project or packages of work to time, cost and quality targets and standards.

Toolbox talks

Daily and weekly planning

Ordering of materials

Completing a daily diary
-
Implementing Health and Safety regulations
The requirements for this post include:

Previous Site Management experience in the Construction Industry on High Rise projects

Extensive experience managing and tasking subcontractors
-
Financial awareness with the ability to deliver targets
-
Proven ability to work unsupervised.

CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
