A freelance, immediate start, opportunity exists for a Construction Site Manager on the construction of an office block/warehouse for a contractor. You must be experienced in taking a project from foundations to finishing including all related building services.
Reporting to the Owners your duties will include :
- Daily site management of the works and subcontractors
- Interpretation and implementation of the drawings
- Toolbox talks
- Daily and weekly planning
- Ordering of materials
- Completing a daily diary
- Attending and contributing to Owner and Architect meetings
- Implementing Health and Safety regulations
The requirements for this post include :
- Previous experienced in the construction of warehousing including foundations, slabs, steel frames etc. as a principal contractor
- Extensive experience managing and tasking subcontractors
- Proven ability to work unsupervised.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
