My Client is looking for an experienced Site Manager/supervisor to assist with a roofing package near Hatfield. The project is set to run for the next 9 months but the right candidate is likely to be moved onto other projects around London.
The day to day responsibilities of this role will include but will not be limited to;
- Supervising works
- Keeping good site records and diaries
- Monitoring health and safety
- Liaising with the client on the ground,
- Managing the operatives,
- Organising plant and materials
Necessary skills or experience
- Experience working on roofing projects (Essential)
- Experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning) installation
- Valid SMSTS
- Immediately available or able to start with short notice.
