Site Support Technician
Due to the launching of a new product this National Material Supplier is looking to employ a Site Support Technician to advise, train and oversee the application of this, as well as other related products. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who has sound experience and knowledge of the construction/civil engineering industry, especially concrete, to utilise his skills to advise Contractors correctly.
Your duties will include the following –
• Advising customers on the best possible solution
• Training site personnel on the application thereof
• Overseeing in the installation process
• Recording of the process
• Meeting with prospective clients
• Adhering to heath and safety requirements
The following requirements are essential to this post –
• A tertiary qualification in construction/civil engineering
• Solid technical knowledge of concrete and the construction process
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to train
• Willingness to travel to sites along the M62 corridor
• Occasional travel to Scotland
Training will be provided. A CSCS card is recommended but not essential as the company will assist in obtaining the certification.
