Our client is a leading ecology company, undertaking a range of clearance work in Berkshire and surrounding areas. Due to continued expansion, they require a Site Supervisor to join the team to support the continued management of their projects.
The Role
You'll be responsible for on-site man management of a small, multi-skilled site clearance team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are set to complete on time and to budget
- Overseeing direct and sub-contract labour on site
- Ensuring a pro-active approach to Health & Safety, ensuring projects follow company procedures and legal legislation
- Operating as a focal point for guidance on site, including client and tenant liaison where applicable
- Ensuring quality control is adhered to and works are completed to the highest possible standard
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification and/or trade background are desirable.
