Carmichael are recruiting for a Stakeholder Manager to join a major project based in Wolverhampton.
Role responsibilities:
- Client, Stakeholder and local business/resident liaison
- Liaison with Local Authority highways departments and our Traffic Management teams Arranging land access requests through landowners and Land Agents
- Producing and delivering presentations to Stakeholders Producing stakeholder update letters and emails Producing e-Bulletins and Project Newsletters
- Maintaining Stakeholder and Correspondence Tracker records Attending meetings and producing minutes
- Planning communications strategies through various channels Dealing with complaints/queries and providing written responses Arranging and attending local school visits
- Conducting site tours for visitors
- Charity events and projects co-ordination
- Coordinating the Considerate Constructors Scheme visit process Maintaining Social Value records
- Producing and evidencing Contractor Performance Framework documents Capture good practice & good news stories from site
The successful candidate will;
- Have a driving licence
- Have worked in similar role or have extensive Customer Service background
- Have robust IT (excel/MS Word minimum) and written skills
