A long-term opportunity exists for a Sub Agent on a rail/industrial project in southern Merseyside. Proven experience managing a civils and reinforced concrete project is sought after. This project is due to start around the 28th of September and will run till the end of March 2021.
Duties will include
- Manage and report on the progress of the works
- Inspect, identify and solve all design and specification issues
- Resolve all technical issues
- Continuously liaise with project team whilst reporting to the Project Manager
- Produce all RAMS, ITPs and oversee the setting out and As-builts
- Check and implement QA procedures
- Ensure Health and Safety
- Programming and planning of the works
Requirements for this post include –
- Proven experience managing a site including all site administration
- Solid civil and reinforced concrete on industrial type projects (energy to waste, depots, factories)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- PTS is desirable but not essential
- Preferably a civil engineering qualification
- CSCS. SMSTS and First Aid
