CarmichaelUK are looking for a Senior Engineer to come on board with a specialist concrete and heavy civils sub-contractor who are carrying out a contract on HS2. The role will be based in Maple Cross and will run for 2-4 months depending on progress. The work will involve bulk earthworks, heavy civils and reinforced concrete works. There are two positions available, one which will run until Christmas and one which will run until approximately February.
Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Producing RAMs, NCRs and ITPs
- Technical assistance
- Permits
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Liaising with design and commercial teams
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in Civil Engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has worked at Senior Engineer level
- Has experience with heavy civils and reinforced concrete
