Carmichael are recruiting for a Sub Agent for a major rail enabling works project in London.
As a Sub Agent for this scope of works, your duties will include:
- Assist the Agent on the delivery and handover work packages for project closeout
- Oversee Demolition, Wall Rendering, Vegetation Clearance, Ecology / Habitat Creation.
- Amending and writing method statements and risk assessments
- Managing the sub contractors and site supervision
- Carrying out quality inspections
- Liaison between the Agent and client on site
- Produce ITPs and as builds
- Planning weekly and monthly programmes
If you would like to apply for the position, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Have previously worked within the rail sector with experience in civils / enabling works
- Previously worked as an experienced Sub Agent / package manager (preferably with a main contractor)
- Network Rail / TFL / CRL experience highly desirable
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of quality assurance, writing method statements and risk assessments
- Hold a construction related degree or HNC
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
