An opportunity exists for a Senior Engineer/Sub Agent on a large civils/commercial build project in Doncaster. Experience on bulk earthworks, platforms, deep drainage, concrete foundations, structural concrete and steel structures is sought after.
This post falls inside IR35. Rates advertised are an indication only.
Offers will be based on experience.
Duties include –
- Reporting to the Agent/Project Manager
- Stakeholder management
- Planning and programming of the works
- Managing the delivery team
- Managing the RAMS, QA, H&S, progress reports, site diaries, permits etc
- Involved in budgetary control
- Implementing company standards
Requirements for this opportunity include –
- Extensive similar experience as a Senior Engineer/Sub Agent
- Previous experience working for a principal Contractor
- Preferably a Civil Engineering qualification
- Experienced in taking projects from beginning to hand over.
- Excellent staff management and motivation ability
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
