Carmichael are recruiting for 2 Sub Agents for asuccessful tier 2 contractor, in Central London.
1)Congested underground utilities
2)Public realm works - utilities, services, concrete, hard landscaping, planting, dealing with public, traffic and pedestrian management
The Sub Agent will be managing the day to day of the site - reporting to the Project manager, managing sub contractors, engineers, operatives, maintaining ITPS and paperwork and running daily site meetings.
Immediate start - on going
Location: Central London
Payment type: Negotiable
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing RAMs and ITPs
- Resolving technical queries
- Site inspections
- Reporting on site progress
- Liaising with design and commercial teams
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in civil engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has previously worked on a project that is similar
