Carmichaels are seeking a Sub-Agent to work with a Tier 1 contractor in the Swindon area to work on a bridge project in a rail environment.
Experience with civils, structures, brick, steel and painting is required.
Responsibilities include;
Produce Method Statements and Risk Assessments and undertakes periodic reviews
Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
Manage complex setting out
Produce Activity Control Plans / Inspection and Test Plans and obtains approval
Produce a weekly programme and measures progress against KPI’s
Maintains accurate diary, including dialogue with external organisations (subcontractors)
Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering or the equivalent
CSCS
SMSTS
Good IT skills and able to work confidently with MS Office and other system applications
