An immediate start opportunity exists for an experienced Sub Agent with extensive flood alleviation or flood protection experience In Essex.
The duties for this post include –
- Close interaction/collaboration with stakeholders and designers
- Creating the baseline program for the works
- Managing all commercial, contractual and permits issues
- Managing resources and site staff
- Ensuring QA and H&S are achieved
The requirements for this post include –
- Extensive previous experience on flood alleviation/defence projects
- Proven ability as a Sub Agent/Site Agent for a tier one principal contractor
- Proven stakeholder collaboration
- Civil Engineering degree/diploma
- CSCS, SMSTS and first aid
