Carmichael are seeking a Sub Agent with Earthworks and Drainage experience to join a major infrastructure project based in Calvert.
- Experience working in the construction industry, preferably railway environment/schemes.
- Have worked in previous projects in Earthworks and Drainage works disciplines and understand the logistics regarding these activities – Mass Haul ( Materials distribution), plant allocation per open fronts of work, surface, and land drainage etc…
- Communicate with the Works Manager/ Agent to ensure adequate work preparation and resources availability for the works.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure delivery of the required established milestones are achieved and to comply with company policies, including H&SE.
- Ensure works are delivered according to the Daily Briefs and program.
- Experience at section engineering ( setting out) and experience from Intermediate to advance of working with CAD, Navisworks and 3D modelling (desired).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Aphex
