Carmichael UK are looking for an experienced Sub Agent for a major Highways project.

Project: Highways
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 9 Months (with potential to extend)
Pay Type: Umbrella/PAYE or LTD
Day Rate: £390 per day
Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Site Team and working closely with the Site Agent and all PRS North delivery team members. This has a focus on self delivery of emergency areas.

The position will be more of an assurance and management role of the self delivery aspect of the project
-
Self Delivery management experience is a must with a keen eye on quality and finishing.

You will be responsible in the support of the following:

Managing all Compound and Office needs working closely with the Storeman
-
Ensuring that site surveys and records are provided as required
-
Managing the on site co-ordination of activities
-
Working with the Supervisors and suppliers to developing and review safe systems of work
-
Ensuring compliance with safe systems of work
-
Ensuring all works comply with highways and project specification and drawings
-
Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with approved ITP
-
Carrying out quality assurance inspections and completing ITP check sheets
-
Ensuring all activities on site are recorded through daily diaries, production control schedules and photographs
-
Update delivery schedules on a weekly basis with the Senior Agent and Construction Manager

Reviewing drawings and raising technical queries relating to the design team

If required Deliver workforce briefings and Inductions
