Sub Agent – MEP
Heathrow Airport Projects
We are seeking a highly organised Sub Agent with a civil engineering background and experience liaising with mechanical and electrical (M&E/MEP) teams on major infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport.
This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate subcontractors, monitor site progress, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors on site

Coordinating civil works and interfacing with M&E/MEP teams

Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance within your area of responsibility

Ensuring subcontractor work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Assisting with planning, reporting, and daily site operations

Supporting senior engineers and site management with technical and administrative tasks
Requirements

Background in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Experience as a Sub Agent, Subcontractor Coordinator, or similar role on major infrastructure projects

Familiarity with mechanical and electrical interfaces within civil works
-
Previous exposure to airport or aviation projects (Heathrow experience preferred)

Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
