An inside IR35 opportunity exists for Sub Agent proficient in the delivery of inner-city land regeneration projects. Your experience in bulk earthworks, relocation of utilities and drainage on public realm projects is sought after.
This project is due to start in September.
Reporting to the Site Agent, your duties will include –
- Assisting the Site Agent
- Check and implement QA procedures
- Management of Engineers and subcontractors
- Close liaison and interaction with the stakeholders, designers, subcontractor, council officials and utility providers.
- Providing contract updates and progress reports
- Programming of the works
- Ensuring H&S is implemented
Requirements for this post include-
- Previous experience completing similar projects for a tier one principal Contractor
- Degree/Diploma in Civils Engineering
- Proven recent delivery experience
- Excellent management and motivational skills
- Commercially aware, knowledgeable on regulations
- Professional accreditation or working toward it
- Additional certification advantageous like TWC, AP and project management
- CSCS, SMSTS and first Aid
