I have a requirement for a Technology Sub Agent to join a Tier 1 Main Highways Contractor on a Smart Motorway project in Hampshire. You will be supporting the team and managing the installation/maintenance of Technology and Comms. for the new section of Smart Motorway near Southampton. The project is programmed for completion in late 2020 and this opportunity will be for the whole duration of the works.
Minimum Qualifications/Competency
- Previous experience in motorway technology civils infrastructure delivery.
- Proven track record of successful completion of similar contracts (Sub Agent level)
- Good working knowledge of Highways England MCX, MCH standards and series 1500
- SMSTS
Key areas of control
- Control, coordination and management of Comms sub-contractors
- Ducting, Chambers, Surrounds including NRTS/RTMC handover preparation.
- CCTV bases and masts
- Loops and radar preparation and installation
- EAV Masts (HADECS3)
- ERT Network
