We are currently seeking a Sub Agent for a 3 month project in the Lincolnshire Area, this is an Immediate start, As a Sub Agent you will be responsible for the management of various Rail, Electrification and Infrastructure projects and help with assisting the Site Agent/Project Manager on these schemes to aid efficient project completion while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
Key elements of the role include:
- Overseeing all construction activities on site
- Maintain commercial performance of the contract
- Manage the project programme and supervise the delivery of it
- Understand and interpret drawings and specifications
- Provide engineering expertise and support to the project team
- Ensure all staff, subcontractors and visitors are properly inducted
- Produce good quality accurate reporting weekly/monthly for both clients and internally
- Chair site meetings
You be be required to hold the following Tickets:
- CSCS Card
- PTS AC/DCCR
- SMSTS
- SSSTS
- A Degree OR Equivalent in Engineering
