I'm seeking a sub agent for the Aberdeen Bypass. The project is at handover stage so I need a highly experienced sub agent who'd ideally been on a roads project at this stage. £700m project, sub agent required for around 4+ months.
For this particular position, your responsibilities and key duties will include:
*Managing the subcontractors and H& S
*Managing the subcontractors and H& S
*Manage and mentor both direct and contract project staff
*Liaise consistently with the client and stakeholders
*Write method statements, risk assessments and work package plans
*Manage a team of Site and Section Engineers
*Handover documentation
If you are interested in this position, you will also need to demonstrate that you possess the following requirements:
*Previous experience of working as a Sub Agent
*Ideally you have worked at Handover stage of a project
*Extensive experience on roads, either smart motorway or new build bypass
*Excellent communication skills
*Previous experience of working with road networks, drainage, civils and groundworks
*Hold a valid CSCS card
*You have BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent
