I am looking for a Sub Agent to join a growing team on a Smart Motorway project near Aylesford in Kent.
The Sub Agent will report into the Programme Manager and the role will involve;
- Ensuring all planned works/tasks are completed on time
- Leading team of up to 10 Engineers
- Ensuring the best value regarding construction activity
- Identifying improvements and implement solutions
- Providing direct support with the general management or the engineering department
The ideal candidate will have;
- An HNC / HND or Degree in a relevant Engineering subject
- Smart Motorways experience
- Good Management Skills
- Strong work ethic
- CSCS card
