Sub Agent – Combwich Wharf Upgrade
We are currently recruiting a Sub Agent to work on the Combwich Wharf project, associated with the activity at Hinckley Point.
The main contractor that is recruiting are about to be awarded these works based from Combwich near Bridgewater in Somerset. They are recruiting for a Sub Agent to work on this project on a permanent basis.
The project scope is anticipated to include the refurbishment of the existing wharf, new hard standings, a haul road loading facility and berthing pocket.
Essentials for this position:
- Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC in Civil Engineering and vocational training in Engineering
- Understanding of Engineering Principles
- Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on the development of people in the team to realise their potential
- Is capable of supervising a team of engineers
